Let's Talk Shop

If we're talking shop then, of course, there must be something new in our shop..right? There is..prairie dolls! Today we are listing five beautiful new dolls- perfect for your personal decor or a lovely little girl in your life. Homespun Hearts, Lavender Blossoms, Spring Lawn, Summer Sunflower and Wild Prairie Bloom are ready for adoption today. Link over to our Etsy shop for details!

Now, let's talk shop. I opened my little online shop in 2010..it has had a few sales, a little interest..some custom work, but it isn't 'thriving'. So, let's talk...supply/demand..what would you like to see me supply? What do you demand, if you will? Online shops are abundant..my skills are not unique, I admit that. I'm opening the floor..so let's talk.

Also, let's talk experience. Do you have experience with online shops? Own and operate one? Purchase from one? What has your experience been? How could it have been better? I don't order online often..I really don't shop much at all..period..so my experience is..limited. Again, I am opening the floor..so, let's talk.

Let's talk goals. It is not my deep desire to be a super whoop whoop shop..small is good..but, it would be nice to see a bit more going out the door (smile). Basically, I sew...quilt, and such..and wanted an outlet for that --money was a bonus.

In summing it up..what's up in the shops and what would you like to see? Let's talk..

I love your dolls. We shop very little online. Maybe just finding a way to get more people to your blog.
Your items are all real nice. I know they are time consuming, also.

Thank you, Aliene. I am not a big online shopper either and more exposure would probably help. I appreciate you taking the time to comment..Thank you.

Those are adorable! You are very talented.

The only thing I know of is Esty.

I use to be part of a hand-craft bartering group online and it was wonderful while it lasted. You may want to check for some Facebook groups or Yahoo groups.
