Surrounded by Dairy Delights

Bits of butter, creamy and rich.....

Curds and whey, for Gouda, cheddar, and panir.....

Cultures warmed and working for yogurt and buttermilk.

The bountiful blessings of fresh milk bring a need to create delightful dairy products. Preserving and culturing our milk give healthful food for our family to enjoy for days to come. With today's milder temperature and low humidity, our kitchen is transformed into a busy hive of culture and rennet- molds and waxes paired with butter muslin and cheesecloth.

Today we spend our day surrounded by dairy delights!
