Woah!


   Now that will get your heart pumping! This baby blue tailed skink was hiding in some garden mulch and scared my out of my mind when he slithered over the row. Now that my cardio has returned to a more normal pace I can get some more gardening done.
   Watch where you put your hands!

He's so cute and you're so brave. The last time I picked up a skink, the little guy latched onto my finger and held on. You're right, watch where you put your hands indeed. Happy gardening.

This brings back good memories! My son, who is 19 now, came in the back door at the age of 5 and said "look mommy what I caught". Needless to say mommy wasn't as joyful about it as he was. I laughed so hard!
